Universal JoineryStart a project

Drawn, machined and finished in one place

CNC machining, timber processing and spray finishing on site, with metalworkers sharing the building for anything a project needs beyond wood

Wide view of the workshop floor, with the material rack, bench tools and joinery in progress
The CNC room, with the router bed and dust extraction
The spray booth and material store
The metalwork bay, shared with the metalworkers based alongside the joinery

What we're set up for

CNC machining

Full sheets are cut and machined on the router bed, so setting-out is exact and repeatable across a run rather than done piece by piece.

Timber machining

Timber is dimensioned and prepared on site before it reaches the CNC bed, rather than bought in ready-sized.

Spray finishing

A dedicated spray booth, so lacquered and sprayed finishes are done on site rather than sent to a separate finisher.

Metalworking

The building is shared with independent metalworkers, set up for milling and turning. On a job that needs metal alongside the joinery (brackets, frames, mixed-material work), that side of it can be taken on without it becoming a separate job for someone else to manage.
