The piece

The backbar is built as open shelving for bottle display, numbered and lit, with a pass-through to the kitchen and a line of glasses hung above the tap run. The bar front and the kitchen pass are both faced in the same fluted MDF, spray finished, so the two read as one piece rather than separate elements of the fit-out. A number of tabletops for the dining room were made as part of the same job.
